The benefits of coaching
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Benefits of coaching include:
➔ Unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
➔ Clear actioning for goals we want to reach and challenges we’re striving to overcome.
Coaching can change your life, setting you on a path to greater fulfillment.

Hi, I’m Jacqueline Morton, ACC MSc
As a trauma and neuro-informed coach, I create a safe and reflective space in which to process one’s thinking and engage in collaborative inquiry. I focus on supporting clients to connect with their own nature as a source of wisdom.
I began formally studying the brain as it relates to workplace performance in 2012, when I commenced my MSc in Applied Neuroscience. While much of my career has focused on workplace performance, ultimately I am a student of the human condition and a passionate servant of authentic expression. To learn more, contact me on LinkedIn.
Thought partnership
ICF certified coaches are called upon to reflect on our practice, and we commit to ongoing learning as professionals. Abi Kinch specializes in ADHD coaching and is my primary thought partner in processing the evolving scientific literature. Our collaboration has expanded my knowledge in general, and strengthened my understanding of neurodivergence as it relates to coaching in particular. Our shared interest in the brain, and the fragile thing that is attention, has been a tremendous source of inspiration for me.
Abi Kinch ACC MFA
Abi Kinch is an ICF certified ADHD and trauma-informed coach. Since receiving an ADHD diagnosis in 2018, Abi has dedicated herself to the study of neurodiversity and the brain, with an emphasis on executive function, attention, and self-regulation. To learn more, contact her on LinkedIn.
Working with Jackie
My focus is on partnering with clients to think, explore, and move forward from a regulated state. Dis-regulated cognition activates our evolutionary survival response, which limits our thinking by filtering for threats to our safety – whether physical, emotional, or social. Clients access a broader sensory dataset, including their own experiential knowledge base, to generate creative, novel, and imaginative thinking for sustainable growth.
Specializing in first responders and professionals experiencing work related climate and ecological trauma.
